NHGRI Minority Action Plan Portal and Research Tool

The Minority Action Plan (MAP) Portal and Research Tool is designed to serve as an entry portal for students interested in research careers in genome science and the ethical, legal and social implications (ELSI) of genome research. It is also designed to facilitate meaningful exchange between program coordinators and Principal Investigators (PI). The site is a clearinghouse of information about MAP and related programs.

NHGRI Training programs for minority scientists: Information on NHGRI sponsored intramural and extramural programs designed to encourage the recruitment and retention of underrepresented minorities into genome-related research. Opportunities are available at all career levels from high school to faculty.
